- It is forbidden to pray during the half-hour in the morning when the sun is rising. As soon as it rises above the horizon, it is time to pray.
- If the sun is at its zenith or at its highest point, it is also forbidden to pray.

The data uses the equation of time (EqT) and the sun’s declination (D) for the current date, employing a special algorithm that ensures maximum accuracy.
- Fajr, or the morning prayer, takes place at dawn and before the sun begins to rise.
- Zuhr, or the midday prayer, begins after the sun has passed its zenith.
- Asr, or the pre-evening prayer, refers to prayers before sunset.
Maghrib, or the evening prayer, is performed before darkness falls.
Isha, or the night prayer, is observed from the moment the dawn light has completely faded until just before dawn.
